Position: Surgical Technician/Cardiovascular Open Heart
Shift Schedule: 06:30 - 19:00 (Days)
Location: Reno, NV, 89503
Job Type: Traveler
Start date: 05/18/2026 - 08/16/2026
Pay: $20-$25 per hour
Requirements:
- OPEN HEART experience required
- Rotating weekends and holidays and on-call.
- 2 years experience busy OR department
- EPIC experience
- Open hearts, multiple medical and orthopedic surgeries amongst all surgical cases
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
- Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST)
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in cardiovascular/open-heart surgery (CVOR)
- Strong knowledge of cardiac surgical procedures and instrumentation
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required)
